Hi! I’m Lía (the creative moniker of Julia Muñoz).

I was born in Valencia, Spain, and earned my degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design at the Polytechnic University. Since then, my career has been a constant journey between visual strategy and artistic expression.

I’ve had the privilege of bringing my creativity to life as a graphic designer and illustrator for non-profits, NGOs, and various freelance projects.

Additionally, my experience as an art teacher for children has taught me to keep that restless, curious gaze alive, a perspective I strive to bring to every project I take on.

I am passionate about color, exploring its infinite combinations and the emotions they evoke and love experimenting with different materials/creating compositions that bridge the gap between analog textures and digital vectors. 

For me, illustration is a way to capture the beauty and tenderness of everyday life, and the perfect medium to communicate complex graphic concepts with a human touch.
